AREO Tower Cologne

This house is something special: built by the renowned Cologne architect Peter Neufert in the 1970s, the striking residential tower with its colourful façade of blue, red and orange enamelled metal sheets still stands out in the cityscape. And its interior is also something to behold. There are living formats to suit every need: perhaps you are looking for a comfortable single flat, a spacious flat for sharing or perhaps you want a luxurious penthouse? A roof garden with a view of the cathedral included? In any case, you can expect light-flooded rooms in which the white plastered walls and the light parquet flooring create a feel-good atmosphere. The completely renovated bathrooms were fitted with high-quality objects. And anyone who has ever admired the fantastic view over the roofs of the city, down the glittering river to the cathedral, will definitely be thrilled.
